Personally, I need a team and more customers to grow at the rate I want. I just opened my buisiness so maybe I'm a little impatient.

Hi theres, first time post so here goes.
Whilst all of those you mention can form part of a growing business, one thing that isnt on their is "Planning".
Its important for a business owner to have a direction and aim, whether it be financially or personally.
With a good business plan in place, it will make it easier to identify the more detailed areas and how to achieve them.
Get yourself a good plan in place, along with a cash flow over the next 1-2 or even 5 years if you wish and then break it down in key areas such as mentioned by yourself and then set about achieving them.
